Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that on 3 November 2008 at 6.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Schippers Cleanfill Limited be liquidated and that Brian Richard Anderson, chartered accountant of Brian Anderson Accounting Services Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 November 2008 at 6.00pm.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 4 December 2008, as the date on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Explanation: The business for which Schippers Cleanfill Limited (in liquidation) was incorporated has now been completed and therefore the above-named solvent company is no longer required. On that basis, the shareholders of the company resolved to wind it up.
