Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 31 October 2008 at 11.09am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Digby John Noyce and Keith Mawdsley, of RES Corporate Services Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of Epic Holdings Limited (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 5 December 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
