Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 November 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Blenheim Road Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Richard Nicholas Ineson and Andrew James Brady, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 November 2008, being the
date we consented to the appointment.
We advise creditors that the final date to file a claim in this liquidation is 25 November 2008.
