Notice is hereby given that on 30 October 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Two Way Radio Sales Company Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Mason, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 30 October 2008 at 10.00am.
The undersigned does hereby fix 10 December 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
