Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 3 November 2008 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Anderson-Deck Company Limited be liquidated and that Alison Ann Turner, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 3 November 2008.
