Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 3rd day of November 2008:
"That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that
the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved
that the company is placed into liquidation from
3rd November 2008 and that Bryce Henry Harris is appointed liquidator."
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 8 December 2008,
as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
