Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 31 October 2008, it was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies be liquidated and that Richard Anthony Johnston be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 20 November 2008, as the day on or before which any creditors of the
above-named companies are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
