Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Vermont Group Limited (in liquidation) on 7 October 2008 at 11.10am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 1 December 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of Vermont Group Limited
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
