Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 October 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Main South Rd Land Co Limited be liquidated and that William Gavin Hayes, chartered accountant of Devlin, Cameron and Hayes Limited, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 October 2008.
