Notice is hereby given that on 25 January 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that G J & S A Hoffmann Limited be liquidated and that Helen Elizabeth Walker, of Walker & Walker Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 January 2008.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
22 February 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
