Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 239ABA(c) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Shaun Neil Adams and Brian Mayo-Smith, of
BDO Spicers, Auckland, and Stephen John Tubbs, of BDO Spicers, Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of
the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 31 January 2008.
The liquidation commenced on 31 January 2008 at 12.40pm, being the date and time of the resolution of the creditors at the watershed meeting held under the prior administration proceedings.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of Icon Digital Entertainment Limited, we fix 31 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
