Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 September 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Pejo Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Douglas Montgomery, chartered accountant of Patumahoe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 September 2008.
