Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, of the following shareholder resolution dated the 24th day of October 2008:
"That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that
the company is placed in liquidation from 24 October 2008 and that Kenneth William Whaley is appointed liquidator."
