Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Joseph Craig McNeill and Philip Brett Harre, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of K P Distribution Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on 23 October 2008 at 1.00pm, the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
