Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named companies appointed John Trevor Whittfield and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators.
