Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Bruce Hudson, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 10 December 2007 at 3.00pm.
The liquidation commenced on 10 December 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 18 January 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
