Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 31 January 2008 at 12.40pm, the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with sections 243(8) and (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 14 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
