Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is hereby given that on 13 October 2008 at
4.45pm, Stephen Michael Sudbury, chartered accountant of Whangarei, accepted appointment as liquidator of Masand Trustees Limited in accordance with a special resolution passed by the shareholders pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is also given that I, Stephen Michael Sudbury, hereby fix 24 November 2008, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
