Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Signgraphix Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 October 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 13 October 2008 at 10.06am.
