Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Barbadoes Construction Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at
Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 October 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 17 October 2008 at 12.32pm.
