Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators
of the companies by order of the High Court on the date and times stated:
15 October 2008
Bays Logging Limited at 10.10am.
Treeline Logging (Nelson) Limited at 10.11am.
The liquidators fix 15 November 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are able to make their claim and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of these companies should urgently contact the liquidators.
