Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 January 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Swiss Chalet Lodge Motel Limited be liquidated and that Jack Peter Poutsma, chartered accountant of Paihia, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 January 2008.
