Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint
and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 October 2008 at the times stated:

- Yip & He Property Investment Limited (in liquidation) at 10.18am.
- Ho Sun Management Limited (in liquidation) at 10.20am.
- D H & C F Holdings Limited (in liquidation) at 10.22am.
- Litty Holdings Limited (in liquidation) at 10.24am.
- T & I New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) at 11.02am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 15 January 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
