Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and
Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Paulmen Seals Limited (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 September 2008 at 1.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Paulmen Seals Limited (in liquidation), we fix 26 December 2008, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
