Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 October 2008 at the
times stated:
- Wilton Classics Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) at 10.09am.
- A1 Plasterer Limited (in liquidation) at 10.26am.
- Great South Property Holdings Limited (in liquidation) at 11.19am.
- Fluffy Duck Limited (in liquidation) at 11.19am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 6 January 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
