Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 December 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dunleahy Investments Limited be liquidated and that Brent Graham Melhop and Nicholas Stephen Buck, both of Wellington, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 December 2007.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Monday, 25 February 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidators during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
