Notice is given that on 1 October 2008 at 4.00pm, the
High Court at Auckland appointed Daran Nair, chartered accountant, as liquidator of West End Road Nominee Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of West End Road Nominee Limited (in liquidation) has fixed 20 November 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
