Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Burge and Edward Jansen were appointed joint and several liquidators of New Zealand Vehicles Distributors (Transport) Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 22 September 2008 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Friday,
31 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
