Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 9 October 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Taranaki Lifestyle Limited be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie and Lyn M. Carey of McKenzie
& Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2008 at 2.30pm.
The liquidators have fixed 10 November 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
