Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The interim liquidators have fixed 31 October 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
The Court has set 17 November 2008 as the next hearing date, to determine whether the company be placed into full liquidation or returned to the director.
