Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on 28 January 2008 at the times stated:
- Jane Dawson Limited (in liquidation) at 10.22am.
- Takaka Towers Limited (in liquidation) at 10.36am.
