Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 January 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Waipapa International Limited be liquidated and that Keith Frederick Ardern, accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator
for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 January 2008.
