Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Boot Music Limited (in liquidation) on 1 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidator urgently.
The liquidator hereby fixes 1 November 2008, as the last day for creditors to make any claims they may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the time
distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object
to the distribution.
