Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 July 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mandos Investments Limited be liquidated and that Peter Jansen Oborn of Oborn & Johnson Limited Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 October 2008.
