Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of
the above-named companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, Craig Andrew Young and Raymond Gordon Burgess were appointed liquidators of
the above-named companies on 29 September 2008.
The liquidations commenced on 29 September 2008 at 9.00am.
The liquidators hereby fix 7 November 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
