Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 16 September 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Sutton Nectar Company Limited be liquidated and that Roger Peter Sinclair, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 September 2008 at 4.00pm.
