Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 September 2008 at 12.25pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Christopher Robert Ross Horton, liquidator of TRP Holdings Limited (in liquidation), hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from
the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 31 October 2008.
