Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 22 September 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Wynyard Design Limited be liquidated and that Hamish Alexander Scott of HSW Limited, accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 September 2008 at 4.15pm.
