Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 23 September 2008 at 4.30pm, appointed John Maurice Leonard and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators of the company.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
A certificate of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) has been completed by the directors, a copy of which has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix 16 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
