Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gordon Ronald Lash, chartered accountant of WHK Coffey Davidson, was appointed liquidator of Special Needs Advocacy & Support Trust by order of resolution of the trustees.
The liquidation commenced on 25 September 2008 at 10.17am.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
Friday, 17 October 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
