Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Brent Johnson Plasterers Limited (in liquidation), pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on
15 September 2008 at 10.20am.
We fix 15 December 2008, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
