Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 283(7) of the Companies Act 1993
David Vance, chartered accountant, and Greg Sherriff, insolvency specialist, were appointed replacement liquidators jointly and severally of the company by the High Court at Wellington on the date and time below, after the previous liquidator, David Xu, was found by the Court to be disqualified from acting as liquidator:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 13 October 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
