Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 12 September 2008 at 1.30pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator hereby fixes 20 October 2008, as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
