Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 12 September 2008 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved
by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Paintball Extreme (2006) Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 12 September 2008.
