Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Uenuku Contracting Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
10 September 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 10 September 2008 at 11.20am.
