Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Waipara Earth & Vine Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 September 2008 to be put
into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 September 2008 at 10.45am.
