Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 3 September 2008 at 11.35am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Raymond Arthur Hancox, of Cleland Hancox Limited, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation and notice of that solvency resolution was delivered to the Registrar prior to that date.
