Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 January 2008 at 4.04pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Chefs Foods (NZ) Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioners, be appointed liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 7 March 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
