Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
It was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders on 10 September 2008 at 3.30pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Michael W. Hartley be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator of the above-named company that has been placed in voluntary liquidation that he does hereby fix 31 October 2008 at 4.00pm, as the date and time by which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
