FP Treasury Limited (formerly MFS NZ Treasury Limited) (in liquidation)
FP West Limited (formerly Westplan Financial Services Limited) (in liquidation)
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
We hereby fix 30 September 2008, as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
